The National College for DUI Defense is the organization for lawyers dedicated to defending drivers accused of DUI, and represents some of the most experienced DUI attorneys in the country.

As a result of this process, very few lawyers qualify for membership in the College. For example, there are currently 94,487 lawyers in Florida, but as of recently, only 55 (less than 1/10th of 1%) have been admitted as members of the College.
